Hansen Method Blueprint

A methodology that rebalances your nutritional intake and environmental imbalances and teaches you how to navigate the medical system to be heard and taken seriously, and increases the body’s ability to naturally detox using the lymph detox system to remove environmental factors that contribute to hypothyroidism. The Hansen method is a 5 step protocol that addresses food, sleep, movement, exposure to toxins, and self-care (stress & sleep).

 
 

What do we want by the end of the protocol and program?

Stop or heavily manage fatigue, resistant weight gain, food cravings (these will probably be caffeine-related, such as chocolate, coffee, soda), low sex drive, encumbering embarrassment, chronic stress, guilt, or shame for how you behave.

Hi, My name is Shannon Hansen.

Following my own horrible experience spending thousands of dollars on supplements, functional doctors, and books to research thyroid health I wanted to use my knowledge and professional background as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, a Functional Nutrition Counselor, and a Functional Diagnostic Practitioner wanted to help women gain freedom from fatigue so that they could stop struggling and spending thousands of dollars chasing solutions that don’t work. But I wanted to do this in the very long term. I realized this could be accomplished by addressing the root cause of the problem. And that is how I came up with the Hansen Method.

 

While doing that, I came up with the saying “adding decades to lives” and this saying has always stuck with me. I believe in adding health to the mother/women because they are the caretakers of the family, and I truly believe people have the power to add decades to lives by using food as medicine, the cornerstone of my method.

I am also a mom of 4 beautiful daugther’s who I don’t want them to grow up with the same health challenges I have faced. Every day I am dedicating my life to learning more about health and nutrition so I can help change their health path. This benefits my clients a great deal because I am a life long learner and I share what I learn with them.
